Urban Apartment Update

Urban Apartment Update: Downtown apartment buildings with two similar lobbies were in need of a redo.  We embraced the existing fieldstone wall finishes and took inspiration from the adjacent green space.  The lobbies see high traffic, so easy maintenance and durability was a priority.  Slip and frost resistant porcelain tiles were installed in the entry; commercial-grade, woodgrain-look luxury vinyl plank in traffic areas; and high-ounce-weight, commercial carpet tile in the seating areas.  Patterned vinyl wallcovering adds both dimension and durability to wall surfaces; thick rubber wall base and wall guards add extra protection.  Sofas and benches are contract-grade and are upholstered in durable, easy clean vinyl; and the coffee tables have engineered quartz tops on metal bases.
